All documents completed must be scanned and emailed to us: membership@ncrfsa.co.za           

1. Provide clear scanned copy of Identity document

2.  Provide clear scanned copy of Proof of Residence

3. Provide clear scanned copy of highest school education  level obtained certificate

4. Provide one page letter Testimonial About You from a person who knows you, which will be the person to  

     be contacted in an emergency. Full names and surname, address and contact numbers.

5. Provide clear scanned copy of Medical Aid membership card (if applicable)

6. Any other documents, statements, membership cards or proficiency certificates

7. Clear colour photo of your face and shoulders

8. Proof of payment joining fee (Your ID number as reference). Joining fee is R80 (Eighty Rand) for Students,

    R180 for Ordinary members per annum .  We appreciate any extra donations.

9. Written guardian or parental consent to join and participate with NCVFRRF if you are under the age of 18.
